ABSOLUTELY NO KIDS ALLOWED, OR EXTRA PEOPLE ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED!! ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK! IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE, ONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE
Please book makeup appointments 2-3 hours ahead of time! Please exfoliate the night before your appointment. Do not come with dry and peeling skin!

All lace closures/frontals/wigs MUST be dropped off to the salon 3-4 days before appointment. If you are receiving a coloring service on extensions, they MUST be dropped off a week in advance. Everything can be dropped off to salon.
All hair clients must arrive with detangled hair. DO NOT show up to your appointment with matted hair. If so, an additional $50 will be added to your total.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
💥Deposit payment is required for all bookings! Please note that your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE to another individual. Payment will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
💥Final Payment: The final, full balance is due in cash on the day of your scheduled appointment. All installs require 3 bundles, anything more will be $25 fee for each additional bundle.
💥Rescheduling: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE. YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
💥Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice via phone or text to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is due to me, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to client within 14 business days.
💥MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS - Clients MUST come with freshly groomed brows! Either arched, threaded, or waxed. If you do not come with freshly groomed brows an ADDITIONAL fee of $15 will be added to your total. ALL MAKEUP SERVICES INCLUDE LASHES UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE
